Body contouring centers on CoolSculpting, a cryolipolysis treatment that freezes fat cells beneath the skin, with applicators for the double chin, tummy, love handles and thighs. DualSculpting runs two CoolSculpting machines at the same time for areas such as the flanks, arms, belly and chin. Physiq pairs Cartessa Physiq electrical muscle stimulation with STEP technology for fat reduction and muscle toning. Changes from CoolSculpting may be noticed from about four weeks after the first treatment, with fat reduction continuing for three to six months.

A series of three treatments about a month apart may be recommended. Results are seen about one month after treatment, and three to six sessions spaced four weeks apart are recommended. For veins, sclerotherapy injects a solution into spider veins on the legs in the office, and surface laser vein treatment addresses facial spider veins and small leg veins with minimal to no downtime.
