Box braids require a consultation before booking. Goddess locs are priced the same as loc extensions. Keratin treatments are not offered on natural hair.

Prices vary with hair length, size, density and texture. First-time clients pay a $25 deposit in advance to hold an appointment, and styles that add hair need a 50% deposit. Deposits are nonrefundable and can be paid in person or online. Cancellations or reschedules need a call or email at least 24 hours ahead, and late arrivals may be rescheduled or charged a late fee. Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted, with a 4% fee on credit card payments. Hair should not be relaxed or straightened at least one month before a twist extension service.

Bridal work is a clear focus, with traditional and airbrush bridal makeup. Airbrush looks use HD airbrush foundation and include strip lashes, and individual eyelashes are offered to bridal clients, who can expect them to last up to two weeks with proper care. A bridal consultation works as a trial run of the chosen look before the wedding day. Wedding styling is also offered. On-location service is available for parties of three or more, while two or fewer are served at the studio. Bridal services require a 50% deposit and a signed contract, and specials are offered for bridal parties of more than seven people. A day rate is available to have the makeup artist stay with the client through the whole day.

In-person beauty courses run at the Jamaica studio, covering makeup basics, eyes and individual eyelashes, including Mastering Makeup Basics and Beyond, All About Eyes and Individual Eyelash Pro. An Eyelash Certification Program is also listed. Digital training products, including instructional DVDs and makeup tutorials for beginner and professional artists, are sold. The business is building a team of artists and invites applications through an online form that asks about licensing, natural hair experience and makeup experience.
