Facials range from the 30-minute Tranquil Touch Facial, which focuses on one main option of exfoliation, masque or facial massage, to a 60-minute customized facial with gentle exfoliation and a 95-minute Reverence Facial with optional massage elements. Extractions, gua sha facial massage, lymphatic drainage and a hand and arm massage can be added to most facials. The Mini Back Renewal Treatment is a 45-minute back and shoulder session with exfoliation, a mask and massage, and extractions can be added to it.

Waxing covers the face, underarms, bikini, Brazilian, arms, legs, back, stomach, chest and neck, and eyebrow and lash services include brow waxing, brow and upper lip waxing, brow tinting and lash tinting. Gender-inclusive waxing is offered in a welcoming setting, and the owner holds a certification in full body waxing.

Packages and a membership are available. The Renewal Experience Package includes six Reverence facials and three eyebrow waxings, and the Reset Experience Package includes six Radiant Renewal facials and three eyebrow waxings. The Tranquil Membership is billed every two months, includes monthly credit toward an eyebrow wax, an upper lip wax and the Tranquil Touch Facial, and can be canceled at any time. Package and membership credits apply automatically at checkout when booking through the services page.

The salon is open Tuesdays from 8 AM to 12:30 PM, and on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 8 AM to 4 PM. It is closed on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays. Changing or cancelling an appointment, or missing it, with less than 24 hours' notice, or arriving more than 15 minutes late, leads to a charge of 50% of the booked services. Same-day changes and no-shows are charged 75%. Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late could be rebooked, or could lose part of their service. Certain services require a deposit between $6 and $85. Cancellation charges are applied to the card on file. Emergencies are reviewed individually.
