The salon says its top priority is that clients leave with healthy, beautiful hair. The team is made up of part-time stylists with their own schedules and specialties, so hours vary from week to week. Each stylist sets their own service prices, and all listed prices are starting prices that may change. Quotes are not given over the phone or by email. Established clients book online through Vagaro. New clients text the salon to request an appointment and include photos of their current and desired cut or color. New clients receive a 15-minute complimentary consultation. The salon is usually booked about a month out and encourages booking early, and a credit card is kept on file to hold any appointment. Courtesy email and text confirmations go out a week and a day ahead. An appointment is not considered cancelled until the client receives a text confirming the cancellation.

Missed visits are costly: a cancellation, reschedule or no-show made with less than 24 business hours' notice incurs a fee of half the appointment's price. Extensions, Brazilian Blowouts, color corrections and full custom color require 48 business hours' notice to cancel, and Tuesday bookings must be cancelled by noon on the preceding Saturday. Blow dries and haircuts are not part of color pricing and need their own appointment, and a blow dry following color may not be offered on a given day due to staffing. Both locations have self-styling stations. Clients who have a concern about a service should reach out to the salon or their stylist within 14 days. Service charges are never refunded. Retail products that are unopened, unused and still in their original packaging may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase; older products are eligible for a gift card in store credit once approved. Gift cards, final sale merchandise, promotional items, anything priced ending in .99, used or opened products, and hair accessories, brushes and hot tools cannot be refunded. The salon accepts cash, check, Visa, AmEx and Mastercard. Promotional offers cannot be stacked.
