Mer Head Spa, the head spa next door, is part of the same location. After a Mer Head Spa service, clients can use self-service blowdry stations; a stylist blowdry has to be scheduled by calling the salon.

Appointments are matched to stylist availability and specialty. Clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes early, since late arrivals may shorten the appointment and very late clients may need to rebook. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee, and the salon may secure a credit card before any service. Parties of two or more should book by phone at 770-740-0052, where the salon also takes group and wedding party inquiries and offers tours and quotes.

The salon does not accommodate young children; children under 12 must be supervised and cannot be in the boutique area alone.
