The salon customizes each client's hair treatment and designs a hair care routine, including guidance on caring for hair at home. Steam hydration for deep conditioning and massaging shampoo units are offered as part of the wash experience.

Color is the core of the menu. Single process color is mixed for the client's look, and double process lightens hair by more than two shades before adding pigment to reach the chosen shade. Balayage, ombre, face frame highlights and glaze are also offered, and new clients must book an in-person chemical consultation before any color service. Balayage is for virgin hair; previously colored hair should book color correction.

Diamond and Luxe packages cover color, relaxers and styling for each service. Diamond packages include the selected service plus styling, and Luxe packages include a haircut or trim plus styling. Styling in either package is either heat styling or natural styling.

Extension services cover clip-in tracks, ponytails, quick weaves, sew-ins, frontal and closure weaves, and wig installs. Clients supply their own hair for extension services. Haircuts include bobs, layered cuts and pixie cuts, with styling included; pixie cuts are available only on relaxed or straight textures.

Booking is scheduled around stylist availability and is not confirmed until the salon approves the request. A credit card is required to book, cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice by phone, and late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged a percentage of the service cost. Clients are asked to come alone because the waiting area is small. Payment is accepted by cash, debit and major credit cards, Cash App and Zelle; debit and credit payments carry a 3% fee, and PayPal is not accepted.

The salon tailors each client's treatment and sets up a home hair care routine for them.
