New clients book a 20-minute consultation before most services. Consultations cost $60, are by appointment only, and can be done in person or virtually. If the consultation is booked before you leave, $40 of the fee goes toward the service. Appointments are secured with a non-refundable, transferable deposit that is applied to the cost of the service: the standard deposit is $60, and protective style deposits range from $60 to $90. Cancellations need seven days' notice to be considered for a deposit rollover.

Well-known services include a first-time curly wash and go styling session with a lesson, from $195 and including a deep conditioning treatment, and a repeat-client curly wash and go at $115. Protective styles include washing, conditioning and a deep treatment before installation and takedown. Locs work covers starter locs, interlocking retouching, loc maintenance and loc comb outs. Color options include single color, glaze or henna from $120, highlights from $215 with wash and go or twist styling, double process color from $315, color correction from $330 and softeners from $350. Wedding services include a $95 consultation, trials from $350, makeup from $150 to $300 with a 50 percent deposit at booking, and on-site work from $250.

The business also offers a three-hour, hands-on Certification Master Class on natural hair for stylists. It covers natural hair techniques, product use and manipulation, freestyle cutting with an emphasis on artistry, wet cutting and texturing, and natural hair consultation. Stylists receive a certificate of completion and two months of follow-up care connection with the instructor. Students bring their own natural hair model and a set of tools, including scissors, a diffuser, a dryer and a large-tooth comb.
