The studio is open Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and it is closed on Sundays. Appointments can be booked through the Book Now buttons on the website, and gift card balances can be checked on the gift cards page.

The salon describes its Gel Manicure as its best seller. Dip powder is also offered on its own or combined with a pedicure. For a longer visit, the Jade Pedicure is a botanical treatment with an acai mask, moisturizing creams and thermal boots, while the Deluxe Pedicure follows a four-step spa routine with a sea salt soak, sugar scrub, mud mask and massage.

Skin care includes a biocellulose mask with hyaluronic acid, several facials for different goals, including the Pure Rescue Acne Facial and a dermaplaning facial, and a revitalizing back cleanse. Waxing covers the face, body and bikini area, and some waxing prices may vary for gentlemen's service. Clients with allergies, retinol use or sensitive skin are asked to mention this to the esthetician before waxing.

Ingrown nail care is offered as a cosmetic service. The studio does not perform ingrown toenail extractions and says its ingrown care is not a medical treatment.
