Lash services cover full sets, fills, touch-ups, lash lifts and removal. Full sets can be customized in cat eye, doll eye, wispy, natural or dramatic styles, in black or a soft brown shade, and clients may bring an inspiration picture. Fills are timed by how many natural lashes remain, usually every two to three weeks, and the Korean Lash Lift includes a lash tint and typically lasts four to six weeks.

Brow services include brow waxing, a henna brow stain that colors the skin for about a week and the hair for up to two weeks, and a combined brow wax with henna stain. Waxing also includes lip waxing. The Signature Facial takes an hour and covers cleansing, exfoliation, steam and extractions when needed, a mask, facial massage, serums, moisturizer and SPF.

Booking requires a $50 non-refundable deposit, which is included in the full service price. Clients should arrive with no eye makeup, complete consent forms beforehand, and confirm appointments within 48 hours. Pets and additional guests are not allowed at appointments. Cancellations under 48 hours' notice forfeit the deposit, and no-shows are charged the full service. The studio offers a free fix, touch-up or removal for concerns within 72 hours of an appointment. Cards and cash are accepted, and refunds are not given.

Lash health comes first, with fills and touch-ups scheduled by how many natural lashes remain and aftercare guidance for each client.
