Bookings can be made online, where several services can be selected in one appointment and confirmation is instant, with a reminder sent before the visit. Every appointment starts with a personalized consultation, and first-time clients are welcome. Free consultations of about 20 minutes are offered for brow lamination, lash lifts and lash extensions. A patch test can be done beforehand for clients who are prone to irritation. Clients are asked to arrive with clean brows and lashes and no makeup, mascara or skincare around the eyes, and aftercare guidance is given after each visit.

The range covers brow shaping and tinting, brow lamination, lash lifts in traditional, Korean and top and bottom styles, eyelash extensions in classic, light volume and full volume, and facial threading and waxing. Brow and lash combos pair brow lamination with a lash lift and tint in one sitting, usually taking about 2 to 2.5 hours. Brow lamination and lash lifts typically last 6 to 8 weeks, and extensions usually need refills every 2 to 4 weeks. The studio also takes salon transfers for clients who already wear extensions from another artist.

The salon says it uses professional-grade, tested products and that its lash and brow products are designed for sensitive skin. Lash lift products are described as formulated for sensitive eyes. The Korean lash lift uses gentler, conditioning formulas, while the traditional lash lift gives a firmer curl. Pregnant or breastfeeding clients are asked not to book brow lamination and to check with a healthcare provider first.
