Color is the core of the business. Balayage comes in four styles (Classic, Creative, Micro, and California), and dimensional work includes Dimensional Reset, a single-process grey coverage service with a refined hairline cleanse and subtle tonal variation. Balayage and dimensional foil highlights booked with Jack start at $540. Before booking, new color clients need an in-person consultation, and a Color Consultation with Jack is $50.

The salon also offers an AirLight Pro blow-dry experience. The AirLight Pro is an infrared-light professional dryer used in the salon's blow-dry services, and the salon says it is the first official AirLight Pro salon in the United States. Starter Bundles at Levels 3, 4, and 5 cost $620, $645, and $645, and each includes the dryer, one blow-dry at the matching level, a private one-to-one lesson, and technique and product guidance. A separate One-to-One Blow-Dry Lesson covers sectioning, airflow, brush control, and finishing.

Haircut and styling prices vary by stylist level. Men's haircuts are $90 at every level. Women's haircuts are $135 at Level 3, $155 at Level 4, and start at $195 at Level 5. Blow-dries are $50 at Level 3 and $70 at Levels 4 and 5. A smoothing consultation is complimentary. Keratin Treatment and Brazilian Blowout start at $515 and must be booked by calling the salon. Guests can check out from a phone and are offered coffee, tea, juice, and water.
