About

J Sterling's operates under the J Sterling's Spa name, with its website held by J Sterling's Franchising LLC. The brand has locations in Altamonte Springs, Clermont, Lake Mary, South Orlando, Waterford Lakes, Winter Garden and Winter Park, and the business states it has served more than 124,000 clients across its six locations, a figure the business itself reports. A seventh location in St. Cloud is listed as upcoming.

The menu is broad, covering Coolsculpting, massage, facials and skincare, waxing, laser hair removal and spa packages. Massage and facial services start at $70, waxing starts at $15, and laser hair removal starts at $55. The business describes its spa services as budget friendly.

Laser hair removal is sold as six-session series packages that do not expire. Packages are priced by area size: $275 for small areas such as the upper lip, cheeks, chin, ears, nose, sideburns, around the nipple, elbows, knees and stomach strip; $375 for medium areas including the abdomen, bikini, lip and chin, and underarms; $475 for large areas such as the chest, full face, full neck, arms, back and legs; and $575 for extra-large areas such as the full arms, full back, full butt, full legs, Brazilian, scalp, and abdomen and chest.

Coolsculpting is offered for the abdomen, flanks, thighs, arms, chest and chin. The business describes it as the gold standard for body contouring. Clients start with a free consultation, where a consultant reviews the treatment and builds a custom plan around the client's goals. Measurements are taken first, and exact pricing is given at that visit. Packages range from $3,000 to $6,500 depending on the area treated. Zero percent financing is available, and pricing is covered by a Peace of Mind price guarantee.

For memberships, the Massage-Facial-Waxing plan costs $65 per month toward any massage or facial, with a $20 one-time setup fee. Members receive 10% off massages, facials, waxing and products. The website also lists a loyalty program, a referral program and a gift card guide.

Booking is done online for most appointments, with a deposit required at the time of booking for services above $50 and the balance paid after the visit. Appointments starting within the next hour are not shown online and must be booked by phone. Clients are asked to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early. Late arrivals receive a shortened service but are charged the full amount, and arriving more than 15 minutes late counts as a cancellation with full payment. Deposits are not refunded for changes made within 24 hours of the start time, and a $25 charge applies to no-shows or late cancellations. Business hours at the Winter Park location run Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Presents itself as an affordable option across spa, skin and hair removal services, with individualized planning for body contouring through its consultations.
