About

Homa Rejuvenation Center operates from 283 Cranes Roost Blvd., Suite 111 in Altamonte Springs and from 1945 W. County Rd. 419, Suite 1111 in Oviedo. The business describes itself as a boutique medical spa and says it aims for high standards in medical enhancements. Both locations work by appointment only, and clients can book by phone at (407) 990-1010 or through the business's Vagaro profile. A patient intake form is available on the website.

The menu is built around injectable and skin treatments. Botox and Dysport are used for forehead lines, frown lines, crow's feet, brow lift, bunny lines, dimpled chin, lip lines and lip flip, gummy smile, vertical neck cords, masseter and face slimming, excessive sweating, and headache or migraine relief, with an underarm option. Upneeq is offered as a once-daily eyelid treatment, including a version for men. Dermal fillers cover the cheeks, under the eyes, lips, smile lines, jawline, chin, temples, hands and earlobes, and the practice will also dissolve filler that another provider injected. Kybella, Sculptra, Renuva and Natural Growth Factor Injections are offered for the face and, in one case, for hair. Microneedling and Salmon DNA microneedling round out the skin services, and a medical weight loss program for adults includes a free initial consultation and an individualized plan.

Every visit starts with a consultation to talk through goals and options, and many treatments can be done the same day. Botox and Dysport take about fifteen minutes, and the business says results usually last around three months, sometimes longer, with changes beginning within a few days and full effect at about two weeks. Underarm Botox takes fifteen to twenty minutes with no downtime. Filler appointments run roughly thirty to forty-five minutes depending on the area. Filler effects generally last from six months to eighteen months or more, depending on product and area. Renuva develops gradually over several weeks, Kybella is usually given in two to four sessions about a month apart, Sculptra in a series of two to three sessions, and microneedling in three to four sessions spaced four to six weeks apart, with pinkness like a mild sunburn for one to three days afterward.

Before injectable treatments, clients are asked to avoid alcohol, aspirin, ibuprofen and fish oil for a few days unless a doctor has prescribed otherwise. Altamonte Springs is open Monday to Friday 10 am to 6 pm and Saturday 10 am to 1 pm, and is closed on Sunday. Oviedo is open Monday to Friday 10 am to 6 pm and Saturday 10 am to 2 pm. For payment, the business offers flexible plans through Cherry, a buy now, pay later service that the site says does not run hard credit checks. Some plans carry 0% APR, while others are interest-bearing with APRs as low as 5.99%, subject to eligibility. A Homa VIP Card gives special pricing across the year, and several seasonal packages are offered for Natural Growth Factor Injections.

Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of an appointment are charged to the card on file. After three no-shows or late cancellations, full payment is required before any future service, and that payment is nonrefundable if the policy is broken. Rescheduling more than 24 hours ahead credits the amount already paid toward future services. Arriving more than ten minutes late may mean not receiving the full treatment and may lead to rescheduling and the cancellation fee. Services and products are not refundable, defective retail products can be exchanged for the same product within 14 days, and gift certificates are nonrefundable. Children and infants are not part of appointments, so clients are asked to arrange childcare, and pets are not permitted in the facility apart from service animals.

Each client begins with a thorough consultation to review options and suggest a plan tailored to their enhancement goals.
