The color menu covers root touch-ups and all-over color, highlight packages, face-frame highlights and double process color. Guests can leave their hair wet after color or add a blowout or a haircut. Prices are starting rates, and the final cost depends on hair length and density, the time needed and how much product is used. Color and extension appointments can run from 2 to 4 or more hours.

The salon also offers hand-tied wefts and tape-in extensions in one, two or three rows or packages. Extension hair is custom-ordered and custom-colored. Installation prices apply only to guests who bought extension hair through the salon, and they cover installation only, not the hair. Extension hair and retail products are final sale.

New guests fill out a New Guest Color Form or New Guest Extension Form and receive a reply within 24 hours during business hours. After that, they book through the salon's GlossGenius booking site. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 and needs approval before the appointment. Gift cards are sold through the booking site. The salon is open Monday through Thursday 9am to 7:30pm, Friday 10am to 5pm and Saturday 10am to 3pm, and it is closed Sunday.
