The studio is open Monday and Tuesday from 1 to 8 PM, Wednesday from noon to 7 PM, Friday from noon to 6 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 2 PM, and is closed Thursday and Sunday. Online bookings need a 50% deposit that cannot be refunded. Cancelling or rescheduling within 48 hours loses that deposit and a new one is needed to rebook, while changes made earlier may carry the deposit to a future visit. A missed appointment is charged a fee equal to its full price.

Lash fills depend on how many extensions are still intact. Anyone coming from another lash artist must have a new full set placed after removal, since the studio does not work over other artists' work.

Every permanent makeup service begins with a consultation. Clients who already have a tattoo from another artist must complete it in person, while first-time clients may choose in person or by phone. Color boosts are for existing clients, or for those who had a consultation beforehand, and are offered one to two years after the first session with the same artist.
