Brazilian waxing is the studio's core service, and the studio describes itself as the only one in the area built around it. Body, back, leg and underarm waxing are also offered, along with vajacial treatments for the bikini area.

Every appointment begins with a pre-wax consultation, and first-time clients receive one before any service starts. Waxing uses pain-minimizing techniques, and several services can be combined into a single visit. Before clients leave, the studio walks them through their aftercare routine and the products recommended for them. The studio does not double-dip, and it will end an appointment if a client is disrespectful or makes the waxer uncomfortable.

Many clients return monthly for upkeep, and a Brazilian wax membership covers one wax each month at a lower rate than booking individually. Clients often book ahead of beach trips, weddings and postpartum cleanup appointments, and booking ahead is recommended for Friday mornings and Saturdays. The studio serves clients from Haverhill, Bradford, Ward Hill, Riverside, Amesbury, Andover, Groveland and Salisbury.

Hair should be about a quarter inch long on arrival, which for most people means stopping shaving two to three weeks beforehand. For a first body wax, the studio asks clients to stop shaving at least four weeks ahead, and it recommends returning about every four weeks. Waxing should be avoided during active Accutane use, retinoid cream use, active eczema or dermatitis in the treatment area, or after sunburn.

The studio is on Wingate Street in downtown Haverhill, near Haverhill Line and Peddler's Daughter. Parking includes on-street spaces, several lots and a parking garage at 57 Granite Street.
