Jessica Santiago

Jessica Santiago is the owner of J Infinity Wax and works as its waxing specialist. She founded the studio in Haverhill and opened the Wingate Street location because the city needed a Brazilian wax specialist. She has about 10 years of focused waxing experience and concentrates entirely on Brazilian waxing.

She trained through esthetics school, which began with a focus on skincare and makeup. Each appointment starts with a pre-wax consultation, and she explains each step before it happens while using pain-minimizing techniques. She works often with nervous first-time clients and with people who have had a difficult waxing experience, and clients describe her as professional and experienced.

After each service she walks clients through their aftercare routine and recommended products before they leave. For vajacials, she also goes over what the skin needs in the 24 to 48 hours that follow. Many of her clients return monthly for upkeep.
