Jennifer Faith Dempsey has owned the studio for five years and works as an owner, educator and Level 5 stylist, mentoring the team. Jack Dempsey is also an owner. The team includes stylists at several levels, with Angela Cauley serving as Director of Education and two stylists working as Matrix educators.

The menu is organized into haircuts and styles, hair color, treatments, waxing, make-up and formal styles. Haircuts range from a 30-minute barber cut for men wanting a low-maintenance classic look to a longer cut-and-style session, and the salon also offers luxury blowouts and a monthly membership for unlimited blowouts.

Pricing is based on stylist time rather than on individual services, and each stylist sets their own hourly rate. The salon is cashless and does not accept gratuities. Clients can ask for a free correction within seven days of a visit if they are not satisfied, unless they want a different service or stylist. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours notice, or a fee based on the booked service and stylist applies.
