Every client starts with an in-depth, one-on-one consultation and a skin analysis done with a machine, which is followed by a personalized plan. Treatments follow Korean-style methods adjusted to each client. The stated goal is to enhance a client's natural look and leave them feeling confident and refreshed. The first consultation is free, and a second consultation is $50.

The menu covers several areas. Injectables include Botox, dermal fillers, lip filler, Kybella for fat below the chin, and several skin booster options. Facials range from a 40-minute mini facial to a 75-minute luxe facial, with HydraFacial, device-based lifting and acne-focused plasma treatments. Laser services include Nd:YAG laser toning, fractional CO2 laser, Titanium laser for skin tightening, hair reduction and tattoo removal. Mole removal is offered for moles, skin tags, sun damage and age spots.

Semi-permanent makeup includes microblading, eyeliner, lip blush, hairline tattoo and scalp micropigmentation. Lee personally performs every semi-permanent makeup procedure. Clients who want regular upkeep can join the membership program, which runs for 12 months with no membership fee and includes one service a month.
