Services are grouped into blonding (mini, partial, full, and solid), classic color with toner or gloss, root touch-ups and all-over color, haircuts, locs, styling, and hair extension work. Solid blonding, listed as Platinum Card, takes about 3 hours 45 minutes.

New clients start with a consultation, in person or by video call; email or text consultations are for brief questions only. Walk-ins are not accepted, though same-day online booking may be available. A credit card and a deposit reserve every appointment, including consultations. Consultations are paid in full at booking and do not count toward a later service.

Hair extensions begin with a 45-minute consult, starting at $50, which is required before any installation. The salon offers tape-in extensions and beaded wefts. Pricing depends on the method, how much hair is needed, hair condition, goals, length and texture, and color matching. The first install includes a haircut, a care conversation, and a take-home kit with care instructions, a maintenance schedule, shampoo, conditioner, an extension brush, and a silk scarf or pillowcase.

The salon is open Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and closed on Mondays and Thursdays. Metered parking is available on Wareham Street and nearby streets. The Red Line stops at Broadway, about a 10 to 15 minute walk away, and the Orange Line at Back Bay is about a 15 to 20 minute walk. Bus routes 8, 10, and 47 serve the salon. An attended lot on Medford Street is behind the building, but the building does not have access to it.
