Every new client starts with a consultation before receiving any acne service or treatment. Isabella looks at skin history, daily routine, lifestyle and goals, then builds a plan for that individual. The plan can be reassessed and adjusted as the skin and the client's needs change, and the business says individual results vary and that testimonials are shared with permission.

In-person visits happen at Aura Suites in Littleton. The acne facials are the core of the menu: a 30-minute Level 1 Acne Facial with deep cleansing, exfoliation, extractions as needed, calming care and a customized peel that needs no downtime, and a one-hour Level 2 Acne Facial that adds LED therapy and ice globes. A 45-minute Back Acne Treatment targets shoulder and back breakouts, and the Clear Skin Reset pairs the Level 2 facial with a neck and shoulder massage. For clients whose concerns go beyond breakouts, the menu includes SkinPen microneedling for the face and neck, and a Custom Corrective Chemical Peel adjusted for discoloration, texture, dullness and other signs of aging.

The customized facials go beyond acne. The Dermaplane Refresh and Dewy Glow Dermaplane Facial remove dead skin and peach fuzz and include extractions where needed. The Signature Facial and The Signature Luxe use dermaplaning, LED, ice globes and skincare chosen for that day's skin, with the Luxe adding a sheet mask and a longer neck and shoulder massage. The Rescue & Repair is a restorative facial for dry, dehydrated, sensitized or red skin.

Clients who cannot come in can work with Isabella by Zoom. A 45-minute virtual consultation is available, along with the Acne Ends Here virtual program. The six-month plan at $600 includes four private check-ins of roughly 15 to 30 minutes, and the nine-month plan at $800 includes six. Both include one-on-one acne coaching, ongoing text support (no response time is promised), a customized regimen, regimen adjustments, progress monitoring and product ordering through Isabella. Skincare products are not included in the program price.

The online shop sells cleansers, serums, moisturizers, sunscreen, face masks and acne treatment products. Standard U.S. shipping is $8.50 on orders under $300 and free at $300 or more. Orders take four business days to prepare, plus carrier time, and free studio pickup is available after pickup is confirmed.

Hours are Monday from 1:30 to 6:00 PM, Tuesday and Thursday from 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM, Friday from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with Sundays and Wednesdays closed. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours ahead counts as late, and so does a no-show. The first late cancellation or no-show is waived as a one-time courtesy, the second is charged 50% of the scheduled service price, and after three, prepayment may be required to hold future appointments.

Care begins with a review of each client's skin history, routine, lifestyle and goals, and the plan is built from that review and adjusted over time.
