Waxing is the core of the business. Bikini and Brazilian services range from a tidy-up along the bikini line to a full Brazilian that includes the buttock strip, and a luxury version adds a soothing skin treatment. Full body, face and brow waxing covers legs, arms, underarms, back, chest and stomach, plus eyebrow shaping, upper lip, chin, sideburns and full face. Every service uses the salon's own all-natural elastic wax, and a hypoallergenic version is applied at no extra charge for facial waxing and is available as an upgrade for body services.
The Wesley Chapel location also offers luxury skincare and facials, including express, custom, brightening, acne-clarifying, anti-aging, back and microdermabrasion options. Add-ons such as chemical peels, high frequency, hot or cold steam, hydrojelly masks, exfoliation, brow tint, skin numbing and an ingrown hair treatment can be added to a visit. Current pricing appears when booking online, and the salon describes its products as premium and its prices as affordable.
Booking is available online at any time, or by text or phone to the nearest location. Most visits are by appointment, with walk-ins accepted when availability allows. Guests should arrive 5 to 10 minutes early, especially for a first visit. Cancellations and rescheduling need at least 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations, no-shows and late arrivals may carry a fee. Guests are asked to book according to their current anatomy so the appointment is scheduled appropriately. The salon recommends returning about every 4 weeks, and it says waxing results typically last 3 to 5 weeks.
Aftercare guidance asks guests to avoid hot showers, saunas, steam rooms, direct sun, tight clothing and workouts for 24 to 48 hours after waxing. Gentle exfoliation two to three times a week, starting 48 hours after the appointment, is suggested to help prevent ingrown hairs. Before a facial wax, the business advises pausing retinol and similar products for at least 5 to 7 days, and avoiding retinol, AHAs, BHAs and exfoliating products for 48 hours afterward. Redness usually fades within a few hours; guests are asked to contact the salon if it lasts beyond 24 hours.
Waxing is done with the salon's own elastic formula, which is designed to grip the hair rather than the skin, and the team is trained in the founder's gentle elastic technique.
Hygiene is a stated priority, with all-natural cleaning and sanitation products and strict protocols.
