The menu covers blonding by foils, balayage, babylights or teasylights, root smudge and gloss, with Partial Custom Blonding listed at $215 for 90 minutes and Full Custom Blonding at $265 for 120 minutes. Other offerings include color and root services such as Haircut & Root Color ($215, 80 minutes), Color Correction, Overlay and Platinum Root Retouch, plus highlights, French haircutting shaped to face shape and hair texture, and extensions. Extension options are hand-tied, Genius weft, nano and K-tip, along with mesh integration and extension removal. A consultation costs $30 and lasts 15 minutes. Blonding and French haircut upkeep is typically needed every 6 to 12 weeks.

Booking runs through Glossgenius, where gift cards are also sold. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 48 hours notice, and changes made within 24 hours of the appointment or a no-show are charged the full scheduled service. Clients may request a service adjustment within 10 days of their appointment. For color appointments, clients are asked to arrive with clean, dry hair washed within the last 24 hours.

The salon accepts credit and debit cards, PayPal and offline payments, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000. Client details are used only for booking, orders and staying in touch, and are not sold or shared. Tools, stations and shampoo areas follow strict sanitation standards, which is why product returns are not accepted.
