The salon's stated aim is healthy hair that still looks the way a client wants it. It concentrates on all types of blonde, dimensional brunette, low-maintenance color and hand-tied extensions, with a goal of leaving each guest feeling like their best self, beyond hair alone. Ongoing care is part of that: the salon recommends specific shampoo, mask and heat-protection habits to extend the life of color and extensions.

To book, new clients choose their services, pick a stylist and then reserve online. Stylists talk through realistic expectations before the first appointment, and complex looks can be planned ahead with a pre-booked plan. Extension pricing depends on the look you want and is set after an in-person consultation. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours notice to avoid a charge; shorter notice is charged at 25% or 50% of the service, and same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged in full. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may be offered an adjusted service at the full original price. Two or more missed appointments end the salon's service for that client. Guests come alone, as family, friends, children and pets are not accommodated at appointments.

A portion of every dollar spent at the salon supports Los Rayos de Esperanza, a Nicaragua-based organization that runs a school, a medical clinic and a business academy.

The salon prioritizes hair health and longevity alongside the look a client wants, and sets expectations with each client before major color or extension work.
