The menu covers four groups: blonding, color, cut and styling, and hair extensions. Blonding ranges from a mini package of face-framing highlights with root blending and toning, through partial and full blonding packages, to bleach and tone services for all-over blonde. Color includes single-process all-over color, root touch-ups for natural-looking coverage, and toner refreshes to correct brassiness. Cut and styling includes haircuts with or without a blowdry, a classic blowout, an extension blowout and updos or half-up styles.

Extensions are a main focus. Sophie specializes in invisible bead extensions, installed in one, two or three rows depending on how much fullness and added length a client wants. New extension clients must book a 30-minute consultation first, at no charge, to match color, estimate how much hair is needed and review pricing and upkeep. If the client goes ahead, the hair cost is paid at that consultation so it can be ordered. Hair cost is not included in the extension service price.

Sophie's approach is to build looks that grow out cleanly and suit everyday routines, with the aim of keeping clients' natural hair healthy. The studio also offers a Blowout membership at $125 a month for four blowouts, one per week, which the business says saves $75 compared with booking them separately. Memberships apply automatically at checkout when booked through the services page. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice; changes made inside 24 hours are charged 50% of the scheduled service. Clients can ask questions by text or Instagram, or send a message through the contact form.
