The makeup style is built around skin first, with soft glam finishes, and the hair leans romantic. Looks saved from TikTok or Pinterest can be recreated and adjusted to suit each client's features, and lashes are included with makeup, from soft and wispy to full glam. Airbrush makeup is no longer offered.

Hair and makeup can be booked together as a package or separately as hair-only or makeup-only services. Bridal trials take place by appointment at the Fairfax studio, last 75 to 90 minutes per service, and come in Signature or Signature Reserve experiences; they are booked and priced apart from wedding packages. Weddings are usually booked 12 to 18 months ahead. Proposals are sent within 48 business hours of an inquiry, and the date is held once the contract is signed and the retainer is paid.

The founder personally selected all 15 artists and stylists on the team, based on their skill, friendliness and experience working with every skin tone and hair type. Brushes are spot cleaned following each application, every client is given a freshly cleaned set, and liquid makeup comes out of a stainless steel palette. The business holds Barbicide certification. Every bride pays the same price, and the studio does not offer discounts.
