The menu is organized by style. Bohemian braids come in sizes from extra small to jumbo, knotless braids are offered in regular sizes, and triangle braids and island twists come in a few sizes each. Stitch braids are available for both men and women, and there are services for natural hair, locs, and styles that are not on the menu.

Hair should arrive clean, dry and fully detangled, and extra fees apply if more preparation is needed. Clients are asked to stay still during the hot water dip used in some services and to avoid sudden movements when scissors, needles or heat tools are in use. Children must stay calm and seated, and a service may be declined if a child cannot sit still.
