Services cover haircuts and trims, including women's cuts with razor and texture work, A-line and textured bobs, long layers and short styles. Color is the largest area: a free consultation, glosses and glazes, root touch-ups, balayage in partial, full and ombré versions, peek-a-boo and accent highlights, and double process color for roots and blonde refreshes. Partial and full highlights are priced by the service and take around three to three and a half hours.

Lash services include wispy light full volume sets built from hand-made fans, and mega volume sets for clients with strong, healthy natural lashes. Lash extensions are applied only to healthy natural lashes, a patch test is available at the salon, and a consultation form is emailed before the first visit. Clients are asked to arrive without eye makeup, and infill appointments are recommended every two to three weeks. Removal is done at the salon, not at home.

The studio is open Wednesday through Sunday, with evening hours midweek and shorter hours on the weekend, and is closed Monday and Tuesday. Products sold include Joico K-PAK, Matrix Total Results, Biolage, COLOR LAST and Schwarzkopf Goodbye Yellow. Sales are final, though unused items may be exchanged for another product or store credit, and gift cards are available online.

Work is planned around each client's hair goals, daily routine and how much upkeep they want to commit to.
