Isis brings Brazilian nail techniques into the services and is known for fiberglass extensions, gel manicures and luxury pedicures. Extension refills are offered at two- and three-week intervals, and fiberglass extensions are a separate option.

The studio also offers mentoring courses for nail designers. Details are requested through an email sign-up on the website.

Booking policies ask for 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Shorter notice is charged half the service price, and a no-call, no-show is charged the full service price before the client can book again. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be rescheduled or shortened. If a nail breaks or falls off because of the studio's work, it is repaired at no charge within 3 days; after that, repairs carry a fee.

The studio works with Brazilian nail techniques and tailors extensions, gel manicures and pedicures to each client's style, with a focus on a natural look.
