Day-of wedding and event services are provided on location. Bridal previews for hair and makeup run 2 to 3 hours, and single service previews run 1 to 2 hours. Each preview includes one hairstyle, with extra hairstyles at $50 each. Weekend previews carry an extra $25 fee, weekday evening previews are available, and the last weekday appointment is at 3:30pm so the light is good. Anyone may book a preview, including mothers, mothers-in-law and bridesmaids. Previews are scheduled by availability, with specific dates opened each month.

Bridal party members are booked for 40 to 45 minutes per hair and makeup service, and the bride for one hour. Time is set aside at the end of the getting-ready day for touch-ups. Extra stylists can be added to finish sooner, but they are not always available, so clients are advised to request them at booking. Weekend weddings from Friday to Sunday require a minimum of five hair services. Party members are asked to arrive with a clean, exfoliated face and clean, dry hair, and both hair and makeup reference photos are requested.

Booking requires a $100 deposit, which is applied to the final payment and is non-refundable. Retainer fees cannot be refunded if a client cancels. Clients can reach the business by form, email or phone, and responses are given within 24 to 48 hours. Reviews shown on the business's site praise the team's communication and service.
