Visits are relaxed. Clients don't need to dress or style their hair a certain way to book, and they can come in just to talk through their hair or to sit quietly.

Color is the core of the menu. A free 10-minute consultation covers hair history, what the hair can currently handle, and the stylist's recommendation. Color options run from quick maintenance on new growth and gloss or toner work, to all-over color, custom multi-technique color, and longer fashion color sessions that require a consultation first. Before a color service, a single test strand can be bleached to check hair health and whether the target shade is realistic.

Highlights come in four levels, from a light refresh for face framing to a full blonde with maximum brightness. Each includes toner, root blending, a haircut and a style. Grey coverage and permanent color are priced separately.

Haircuts and styling include men's cuts, women's cuts, dry cuts with no wash, shampoo and style, and no-wash styling for curling, straightening and blowouts. Tinsel extensions are also offered.

The studio is built around a calm, client-first experience and takes time to understand each client's hair before recommending a service.
