Extension installs are offered in 1-3 rows, in 18-inch or 22-inch lengths. Packages cover new hair, color for natural hair and wefts, a haircut and styling. To book an installation, clients complete an application and pay a nonrefundable $500 deposit, which is applied to the total. Estimates are sent within 48 hours after the application and photos are submitted. Maintenance is done by 1, 2 or 3 row move-up and is recommended every 6-9 weeks. The salon recommends sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner, washing about once a week, and says extensions with proper care last 6-9 months.

Appointments cancelled within 48 hours are charged 50% of the booked service to the card on file, and cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows without a call are charged in full. A 25% fee applies to appointments booked 60 or more days out that are cancelled after being held. Clients 15 or more minutes late may have their service rescheduled or shortened, and all services are nonrefundable. Clients who are unhappy with their hair can request a redo or fix within 7 days, which the salon aims to schedule within 2 weeks at no charge. A change in the desired look is an extra cost. Payment over time is offered through Cherry, according to the salon.
