Color is broken into several options. Full color, root retouches, and semi-permanent or vivid shades are priced separately. Add-ons let a second or third shade be layered into a permanent, semi-permanent or highlight service. Vivid semi-permanent shades are not meant for gray coverage, and most fashion shades need a lightening service first.

Care and extension services fill out the rest of the menu. A Brazilian Blowout is listed as a hair protectant that leaves hair glossy and frizz-free for up to three months. Other treatments include a moisturizing deep conditioner, a detox for hard water minerals, and a gloss treatment. Extension work covers tape-in installs and reinstalls, NBR row work and clip-in styling. Hair for extensions is not included and must be bought separately.

Hours are Tuesday and Friday 11 am to 6 pm and Wednesday and Saturday 9 am to 5 pm, with the salon closed Monday, Thursday and Sunday. Gift cards are sold as eGift cards in set amounts or a custom amount, and can go to the buyer or be pooled as a group gift from several contributors.
