Clients book online through the salon's booking page or by phone. Deposits are required and are non-refundable, though in emergencies the salon may apply a deposit toward future services or products. Cancellations should be made at least 48 hours ahead, and the salon notes that late arrivals and cancellations affect the business. Bookings cover the guest only, so clients should ask in advance about bringing a plus one. Payment is by credit card, debit card or Zelle, and the salon does not keep cash on hand, so exact change is requested for cash.
Each stylist or artist is an independent contractor who sets their own services, schedule and pricing and manages their own client relationships. The salon reserves the right to decline any service and is not liable for individual services. Color services require a free consultation first, and the salon offers digital color through the LG CHI Color Master system, which it says covers more than 40,000 custom shades.
