Lightening is organized into four blonding levels, from a mini refresh using about 10 foils along the hairline and face frame, to a partial service that keeps the most visible areas bright while leaving depth underneath, to a full all-over service, and a max session for big changes or for clients coming back after six months or more. Color options include root touch-ups that cover grey and match the lengths, demi gloss refreshes for pre-lightened hair, single-process all-over color, and dimensional lowlights for a darker, blended look. Haircuts come with a blowout and are booked Wednesday through Friday, since Saturdays are kept for color. Smoothing treatments include a Brazilian Blowout and the permanent QiQi Treatment, both aimed at frizz.
Clients book through the salon's online booking page. New clients fill out a digital intake form and sign a salon waiver before a request can be approved, and they must be 16 or older unless approved in advance. A new client consultation costs $50 and is credited toward the first appointment when booked within 7 days. Reserving a visit requires a 50% deposit that is non-refundable and applied to the final total. Changes or cancellations must be made through the booking portal at least 48 hours ahead, and a 15-minute grace period applies, after which the appointment may be shortened or canceled with the full service charged. Guests, children and pets are not allowed in the studio during a service.
