Clients can pay deposits by Zelle, Cash App or card, and Cherry payment plans are offered. Color correction bookings require a $200 deposit. Deposits are forfeited if an appointment is cancelled and cannot be moved to another day. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may lead to the appointment being rescheduled with a new deposit, and clients with more than two cancellations may be barred from booking.

The salon is open Tuesday and Wednesday from 8:45 am to 2:15 pm, Thursday and Friday from 8:45 am to 6:30 pm, and Saturday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. It is closed on Sunday and Monday.
