The color menu runs from toner and root touch-ups, including a single process option, through full head color, double process, half highlights, and highlights, ombré and balayage. Clients who need a longer appointment are asked to leave a $150 deposit, and color services are booked separately from blow dries.

For straightening and smoothing, the salon offers Japanese straightening, a cold perm, and several keratin treatments. The salon will redo a service at no charge if a client reports dissatisfaction within 7 days and rebooks within 14 days. Products and services are otherwise non-refundable.
