The Orange County and Los Angeles offices both offer surgical and nonsurgical options. Treatment plans are built around each patient's goals, and the physicians consider hormone levels and how a patient feels alongside the concern they came in with. Consultations can be held in person or virtually and begin with a review of medical history and a discussion of a personalized plan. The practice says every patient question is answered before any treatment goes ahead, and it calls its consultations judgment-free.
Several procedures stand out. Intimate Renewal is a multi-step approach for painful intercourse that can combine minimally invasive surgery, laser therapy and platelet injections. The Ultimate Vaginoplasty pairs surgical tightening of the vaginal canal with CO2 laser treatment, and vaginoplasty is performed under local anesthesia in an in-office surgical suite with a recovery suite on site. Bartholin's cyst CO2 laser ablation takes about 30 minutes under local anesthesia, and most patients go home the same day. Votiva and Thermiva laser vaginal rejuvenation uses radiofrequency energy and involves no surgery.
Patients who travel from outside Orange County and Los Angeles County, including from other states and countries, can get help with lodging at nearby hotels that offer preferred rates. Flexible Saturday appointments are available for patients with strict work schedules or who live outside the area. Financing is offered through CareCredit and Cherry, and some procedures may be eligible for FSA or HSA funds. The practice says patient information is kept confidential.
