Dr. David Ghozland

Dr. David Ghozland founded Intimate Health Center, where he practices as a cosmetic gynecologist serving Orange County and Los Angeles. He opened the practice in 2005, roughly fifteen years after he began working as a general gynecologist. He is both an OB/GYN and a surgeon. He has served as past president of the Los Angeles County Medical Association for his district, and he gives lectures across the country on cosmetic gynecology and sexual wellness. Following his OB-GYN residency, he worked at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, UCLA and St. John's Medical Center before concentrating on cosmetic gynecology.

His medical education includes a Doctor of Medicine from Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara, an internship at New York College of Health Professions and an OB-GYN residency at Saint Vincent Catholic Medical Centers. He later completed advanced training in cosmetic gynecology. He teaches advanced cosmetic gynecology procedures to physicians in the United States and abroad, and he wrote a surgical textbook chapter on labiaplasty and clitoral hood technique. His books are Cosmetic Gynecology (2021), Saying Goodbye to Bartholin's Cysts (2021) and The Intimate Renewal: The Solution For Insertional Dyspareunia (2018). He has appeared on The Doctors, Dr. Phil and Noticias 62, and he received a Congressional Certificate of Recognition for community health advocacy.

His clinical focus includes laser treatment of Bartholin's cysts with a fractional CO2 laser, vaginoplasty, perineoplasty, labiaplasty, The Intimate Renewal for painful intercourse, and hormone optimization, including testosterone replacement therapy with individualized plans. He developed The Ultimate Vaginoplasty and the Elite Recovery Protocol, and he provides medical supervision for intimate lightening treatments. He is a pioneer in several areas of cosmetic gynecology and pioneered laser Bartholin's cyst treatment in the United States. He is a member of the American College of Cosmetic Gynecologists, the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgeons, the American Medical Association and the North American Menopause Society.
