About

Integrity Lash was founded by Tussanee, who opened the Pasadena salon in 2006. She started learning lash application in 1993 during beauty school and later became a lash trainer, a role that began in 2005 when a national lash brand hired her to teach.

The salon's approach is to spend more time on each appointment and apply more extensions than many other salons do. The salon says this is why clients can usually come in less often, typically every three to five weeks, and it does not offer rushed appointments, low prices or services it says damage lashes.

A new guest books a full set, which runs about three hours and removes nothing from a natural lash line. Returning clients book a fill, which first takes off most of the old extensions before new ones go on. A classic fill of about ninety minutes suits a more natural look, and a fuller fill of about two hours suits a denser set. Lash looks can be adjusted anywhere from very natural to very full.

Each guest is seen in a private room with pre-sanitized tools used only for that client. Application is done with surgical magnifying loupes and broad spectrum LED lighting, and the salon uses Swiss-made tweezers designed for very fine lashes. The salon keeps a large inventory of extensions so it can match the look a client wants.

The salon also runs LashCast, a podcast it describes as having run for over six years with more than 90,000 monthly downloads. It states that it has been chosen for best lashes in Southern California by Los Angeles Magazine, Pasadena Magazine, Pasadena Weekly, Vanity Fair and Brides.com; these are the salon's own claims.

The salon says it takes more time per appointment and applies more extensions than other salons, which it links to clients needing fewer visits. It states it does not offer fast appointments, cheap pricing or services that damage lashes.
