Appointments are required and can be booked by phone or online. Each first visit starts with a complimentary consultation to talk through the look you want, look at your natural lashes and answer questions. Technicians customize the style to your eye shape and daily routine and advise which style suits you. A lash extension appointment usually takes one to two hours depending on the style and volume. The salon says application is comfortable, and the technician can adjust the adhesive or room temperature to suit you.

Refills are generally booked every two to three weeks. The salon will also take clients from other salons for refills, after checking the extensions already in place. When lashes last more than four weeks, the salon suggests a full set, which includes a deep clean of your natural lashes. First-time lash extension pricing varies by location: Studio City and Glendale list $65 to $130, Pasadena and Brea $55 to $119, and Whittier, San Gabriel, West Covina and Monterey Park $49 to $119.

The salon uses silk protein mink materials and states that it avoids real mink fur. It offers six adhesive types, including options for very sensitive eyes and for oily skin, and all of them are stated to be latex-free and formaldehyde-free. After a visit, the salon advises avoiding water on lashes for 24 hours, skipping oil-based products, brushing from the middle to the ends, and not pulling or rubbing lashes. It also advises against eyelash curlers and mascara on extensions, especially Volume styles. Help lines are available for after-service questions.

Cancellations or changes need 24 hours notice, otherwise a $35 cancellation fee applies. No-shows are charged the full scheduled service fee, and a 50% deposit is required for future bookings after a late cancellation or no-show. Clients running late should call. Arrivals under 15 minutes late are charged the full service price for the time remaining, and clients more than 15 minutes late may be accommodated, though the no-show policy may apply. Satisfaction fix appointments must be made in person at the salon within five days, and frequent use of the satisfaction guarantee may lead the salon to recommend a different technician or location.
