Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours are charged 50 percent of the service cost, and same-day cancellations or no-shows are charged the full cost of the booked service.

Service adjustments are complimentary if requested within 7 days of the original appointment, though refunds are not offered. Gently used or unopened products may be returned within 60 days of purchase, excluding clearance items, brushes, tools, accessories and gift cards.
