Only guests receiving services are allowed on the clinic floor, and children need an accompanying adult who is not receiving a service. Prices vary by campus and are starting points, as stated by the school. In Denver, a haircut and style is listed at $20 and color with gloss starts at $55; in Tucson, student haircut and style pricing is $17. Phoenix, Provo and Avondale list lower student prices alongside higher senior student prices. Spa packages in Denver and Phoenix bundle several 60 or 90-minute facials or massages at a discount. Hair extension services appear on the Phoenix and Provo menus but not on the Denver or Tucson menus.

Program lengths vary by campus. Denver offers cosmetology (1,500 hours), barbering (1,500 hours), hairstyling (1,200 hours), esthiology (600 hours) and massage therapy (650 hours). Phoenix offers cosmetology (1,500 hours), hairstyling (1,000 hours), esthiology (600 hours), massage therapy (700 hours) and a cosmetology/esthiology instructor program for licensed professionals. Provo offers cosmetology (1,250 hours), Master Hair Design (1,000 hours), Master Esthiology (1,200 hours, available only at Provo) and massage therapy (600 hours). Tucson offers cosmetology, hairstyling, esthiology and an educator program. Avondale offers cosmetology, esthiology and educator training. Students who qualify may be eligible for scholarships, grants, loans and other funding support. Classes can begin on dates spread across the year.

Every salon and spa service is performed by a student under the supervision of licensed educators and professionals, with training focused on passing state licensure. Services use Aveda plant-based products and techniques.

Students work at modern stations in the Phoenix and Avondale salons, and each Provo student station has a shiatsu massage chair.
