Walk-ins are welcome, and appointments can be booked online through Booker, by phone or by text. First-time online bookers are asked to call so staff can match them with the right time and service. Clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes early. Changes or cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations, no-shows and arrivals more than 15 minutes late are charged in full. Hours are 10am to 5pm on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, 9am to 7pm on Wednesday, 9am to 8pm on Thursday, and 9am to 6pm on Friday and Saturday.

Color work uses L'Oréal Majirel, L'Oréal Inoa, L'Oréal Dia Light and Dia Richesse, and Redken Shades EQ Gloss. Full highlights take about 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on hair length and texture. Highlights grow out, so retouching every six to eight weeks is recommended. A L'Oréal PowerMix in-salon treatment, mixed fresh for specific hair needs, is offered after highlights are washed.

The salon accepts American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and cash. Tips are not accepted on credit cards, but they can be given in cash, by Venmo or by Zelle.
