The salon's hair menu covers shampoo and blow dry, haircuts with or without shampoo, deep conditioning with heat, glazes, color, California cap and balayage highlights, color correction, and perms that specialize in air neutralizing. Color is done with So Pure, an ammonia- and paraben-free formula enriched with essential oils, argan oil and phytokeratin, and the salon also sells Loma hair care made in Washington with organic ingredients and essential oil fragrances.
Skin services are built around facials at several levels, from a luxury facial and a back facial with extractions to micro-current treatments such as a platinum peptide facial and an age-defying micro-current lift. Microdermabrasion can be booked for hands, décolleté, or face and neck, or added to any skin treatment. Quasar light photorejuvenation is offered as a single facial or as a series of six sessions spaced about ten days apart. The salon describes its skin treatments as progressive rather than aggressive, and each deep cleansing facial is customized to the client.
Massage is offered as a Serenity therapeutic session in 60, 90 or 120 minute lengths, and can combine several styles. Five one-hour sessions bought together include a sixth free. Personalized yoga guidance and waxing for brows, chin and lips round out the menu. Clients fill out a profile form at their first visit, depending on whether they are booking hair, skin or massage. Payment is accepted by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard and gift certificate, and gift certificates are sold by phone.
The salon describes its treatments as customized and progressive rather than aggressive, and believes skincare products should support health.
