Lisa Dodge-Johnson

Lisa Dodge-Johnson owns Inner & Outer Beauty and works as a master esthetician and instructor of cosmetology. She was first licensed in Washington as a cosmetologist and aesthetician in 1985 and became a Washington licensed instructor of cosmetology in 1987. From 1991 to 2005 she was a northwest educator for Zia Natural Skin Care, and she spent about twenty years in aesthetics before moving into So Pure hair color. She created the salon's organic skincare line in 2014.

Her training spans skin, hair and bodywork. In skin she has studied advanced esthetics, paramedical peels, advanced Osmosis skincare and micro-current therapy, and she is a certified Dermalogica graduate. On the hair side she has trained in Keune color and design and is a certified Pureologist. She is a licensed massage practitioner and holds an MA in Whole Systems Design from Seattle Antioch University.

On hair, she works collaboratively, shaping each style around a client's lifestyle and hair needs. She keeps her skills current with continuing education classes, webinars, trade shows and product representatives, and she welcomes questions about services, experience, training and philosophy.
