Visits are by appointment only, and walk-ins are not accommodated. Bookings run 8 to 12 weeks out through the online scheduling link on the home page, and a waitlist fills openings automatically, though waitlist requests expire. Clients complete an intake form before arriving; first-time clients do not need a separate consultation. Arrive five minutes early. Cancellations and rescheduling need 48 hours' notice, and cancellations inside that window are charged 50% of the service. Services and gift cards are final sale, and product returns are at management's discretion.

Standard facials cover a skin consultation and analysis, towel steaming with aromatherapy, facial massage, exfoliation tailored to the client, extractions, LED light, and products the esthetician selects. The Bespoke Facial runs 75 minutes for $185 or 90 minutes for $225. The 90-minute version can add microcurrent, LED infusions using Roccoco Botanicals herbal complexes, a peptide mask, and a head and scalp massage. The 75-minute version instead uses ultrasonic and high-frequency treatments, 20hz vibrational acoustic therapy, cold stone, dynamic facial cupping, and a kansa wand.

Signature facials include a 90-minute Gua Sha facial for $275 that uses a jade stone and adds lymphatic drainage, microcurrent, and a scalp massage, with an optional Thai herbal poultice. The 90-minute Environ Dermalift Microcurrent Facial, also $275, is performed with the Environ TriaWave device. Total Rejuvenation ($325) pairs Gua Sha, LED, and microcurrent with a massage of the face, neck, shoulders, and scalp. Microneedling is a 90-minute treatment at $350 that includes a double cleanse, exfoliation, LED, and an AnteAGE post-care kit; the studio suggests a series of three sessions spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart. The Environ Cool Peel is a 30-minute resurfacing peel at $130, which the studio describes as involving no downtime. It is best done in a series of three or six. Brow tint and lash tint are each 20 minutes at $40, and brow design is offered. Brow wax, brow wax with tweeze, lip wax and tweeze are $15 each, and underarm wax is $35. A Teen Facial is offered, though no price is listed. Waxing cannot be performed for clients using Retin-A, Renova or Accutane. Clients must disclose medications and stop retinol products 7 days before a waxing appointment.
