Facials are the core of the menu. The Signature facial takes an hour and begins with a warm-towel cleanse, then exfoliation and hydration with skincare chosen for the client. The Anti-Aging facial uses collagen-boosting treatments with LED light. The High Tide facial, the longest at an hour and fifteen minutes, combines dermaplaning, Nano-Infusion and red light therapy. A shorter Express facial, aimed at teens and men, covers cleansing, exfoliation and a hydrating mask in 45 minutes. Dermaplaning can be booked on its own and uses a surgical blade to remove dead skin and peach fuzz, and facial add-ons are available from $20.

Brow tinting, lash tinting and a wide range of waxing, from lip and nostrils to back and full body areas, round out the menu, with most waxes taking 15 to 30 minutes.

Booking comes with a few firm house rules. Cancellations or changes need 24 hours notice, and shorter notice is charged at half the service price. Arriving more than 15 minutes late cancels the appointment with a fee of half the price, and service times are not extended. Children are not permitted in the studio, and phones must be silenced and kept in the treatment areas. Clients can join a wait list and receive a text if an opening comes up.

Retail products can be returned for store credit within ten days if they are sealed, unopened and unused with the original receipt. Gift cards do not expire, though they cannot be transferred or cashed out.

Facials are customized, with skincare chosen to suit each client's skin.
