Individual therapy with professional counselors addresses issues such as depression, anxiety, grief, stress, self-image, relationship challenges and other life transitions. Therapists do not prescribe medication, and clients may be referred to a psychiatrist if symptoms worsen. Therapy communications are legally protected and are not shared without written permission, except in cases of suspected child, adult or elder abuse or threats of serious harm.

The building has an event space for small meetups, classes, workshops and groups. It is equipped with 6 ft tables, spandex tablecloths, chairs and a speaker. Bookings require a minimum of two hours, including setup and breakdown, with a 50% deposit due at booking. Easy parking access is available to event space guests.
