Color work covers root color, highlights and glosses. A Color Retouch ($120) is a custom root color for grey coverage or solid regrowth of up to 2 inches. Mini Highlight ($150) focuses on the hairline, Partial Highlight ($225) on the top and sides, and Full Highlight ($275) covers the whole head, including the underneath sections; each includes a custom gloss. All Over Color ($175) adds a gloss through the mid-lengths and ends to a retouch, and a semi-permanent Root Shadow ($75) can soften the grow-out of a highlight. The salon describes Partial Highlight as its most popular highlighting service. Regrowth longer than 2 inches, or hair with more than 6 months of growth, may need extra color and a $20 color charge.

Extensions are made from 100% human hair and are built with hand-tied and genius wefts, placed with an invisible bead method. The salon describes its extensions as invisible and seamless. An in-person consultation comes first, and guests are asked to bring two to three inspiration photos that show goal length and desired color. Installation includes a precision blending haircut and a polished style, and takes about 1.5 hours per row, not including color work. Extensions are secured with a retainer. Quotes depend on the number of rows, wefts per row, hair length and texture, and natural density; one row runs $900 to $1,200, two rows $1,750 to $2,550, and three rows $1,950 to $2,700. Extension hair typically lasts 6 to 12 months or longer with proper care, and brunette hair tends to last longer.

Extensions are best maintained roughly every 6 to 8 weeks, and the first appointment usually falls at the 6-week mark. Each visit takes about 45 minutes to an hour per row and covers removing the extensions, checking the scalp and hair, putting them back in, styling, and a light trim when one is needed. Prices are $250 for one row, $350 for two rows and $450 for three. A color check is part of each visit to judge whether the extensions need refreshing. Minor adjustments between visits are free when needed. This service does not cover custom coloring of the extension hair in advanced form, or coloring of natural hair, though the extensions themselves can be custom colored when required.

Guests who work during appointments can use a lap desk. For longer visits, guests can order food or bring their own, or order lunch from a local menu by phone. Photos of the new hair are taken at the end of the appointment and are optional. Guests running late should text 847-920-7844, and the service may be adjusted to keep the day on schedule. At least 24 hours' notice is requested for changes or cancellations, and appointments are reserved for the booked guest only, including children and friends. After extension appointments, guests receive a care kit, and installation includes a care bag with an extension brush and full-size products. Care advice includes keeping the scalp dry, brushing regularly and taking extra care when swimming.
